By registering, I confirm my consent to processing and accept the terms of Star Legend’s Privacy Policy.

Star Legend Photograph and Publicity Release

By registering for and/or attending this event I give Star Legend Family Office LLC, and each of their agents, vendors, affiliates, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Star Legend”) permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and any other audio or video recording or media taken and/or made by Star Legend at or during the event (“Media”). I agree that Star Legend has ownership of the Media, including the copyright, and may use the Media for any purpose and at any time in Star Legend’s sole and absolute discretion. These uses include, but are not limited to, digital images, Twitter posts, Facebook posts, LinkedIn posts, videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, web sites, email bulletins, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the Media or the use of the Media. I hereby release Star Legend, its partners, and legal representatives from any and all claims and demands which arise out of or are in any way connected with the Media and/or the use of my name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance, including any or all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation or misuse of image, and/or defamation.
